Troop 233 had a stellar weekend in October, when we ventured to West Virginia to hike at Seneca Rocks, then zip lining and the Via Ferrata at Nrocks.
After making lunch in at the Seneca Rocks picnic area, we hiked up a steep 2 mile trail to the top of Seneca Rocks, where we were greeted by climbers and fantastic views. The weather was cool when we arrived at Nrocks and set up our tents.
The next day, some of our scouts zipped through the trees on zip lines. Others chose the Via Ferrata, a path of steel rungs which leads up and over some incredible rock formations.
